May 2 - June 13 $4,500/week
June 13 - September 12 $7,500/week
September 12 - December 31 $4,500/week
Massachusetts State and Local lodging tax of 14.45% is applied to all rents.
Booking Details
Minimum rental period is one week between May 1st and November 1st. After November 1st but before May 1st we can accommodate stays of three nights or more.
Weekly rentals run from 3:00 pm Saturday to 10:00 am the following Saturday. Off season shorter stays have flexible check in
